Course Registration and Payment

  • Full payment for photography courses must be received prior to the start date to secure a spot.
  • SnapSkillWorkshops accepts payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and gift vouchers.
  • If payment is not made by the due date, the participant may lose their deposit and course place.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be given for unused portions of a course.

Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good physical and mental health to attend photography courses.
  • Any physical or mental conditions requiring special attention must be reported when booking.
  • Failure to disclose health issues may result in the participant being unable to fully participate.
  • Participants attend courses at their own risk, and SnapSkillWorkshops is not liable for any injuries or illness.

Use of Images

  • By attending a SnapSkillWorkshops course, participants grant permission for images taken of them to be used for promotional purposes.
  • This includes advertising, marketing, and media related to SnapSkillWorkshops.

Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided in SnapSkillWorkshops courses are the intellectual property of the company.
  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without permission.
